Welcome to Trylio. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Trylio mobile application ("App") and related services provided by Trylio ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Trylio is an AI-powered virtual try-on application that allows users to:
- Upload personal photos to use as a model for virtual try-on.
- Upload or select clothing images to visualize on their photos.
- Generate AI-powered virtual try-on results.
- Save and share generated images.
3. User Accounts
Some features of the App may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any photos and images you upload to the App ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the virtual try-on service. We do not use your photos for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Generate inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by Trylio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.
7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription plans ("Pro" features). All purchases are processed through the respective app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) and are subject to their terms and refund policies. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
8. Advertisements
The free version of the App may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. These networks may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- AI-generated results will be perfectly accurate.
- The App will meet your specific requirements.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trylio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
